Artists: Leonard Whybrow, Jon Mided, Julieve Jubin
Light Endeavours, the new photography exhibition at the Galleries at Islington Arts Factory, brings together the differing approaches of three experimental contemporary photographers.
A photo based artist who has exhibited in the US and Canada,
Julieve Jubin has a digital and experimental approach to the visual image. Her most recent work explores the subconscious to startling and striking effect.
Jon Mided is a highly successful music photographer whose work has featured in the national and international press as well as on numerous albums. His most recent work is an exploration
of the abstract.
Having pursued a successful career as a photographer, film-maker and music video artist across the 90’s; now focusing on his artistic work, Leonard Whybrow produces images that take silver gelatin production to another level of expression
