Hana Saotome trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, graduating with a BPA Hons in Contemporary Dance. She has performed and toured throughout Europe and the UK with various companies and independent choreographers, including Beyond Repair Dance (finalists in the TV show Got to Dance). Hana has also created many of her own choreographies and solo performances that have been successfully received in various London theatres, dance festivals and events. Hana is a committed teacher of dance with over 10 years of experience in teaching children and adults. She has taught and  and mentored for various dance schools and academies in London, including the Royal Academy of Dance, Islington Arts Factory and Eclipse Dance Agency. Many of Hana's students have gone on to professional vocational dance training, and are now successfully dancing and teaching themselves. 

Hana is also registered Yoga teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga, Senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and a REPS Level 4 Yoga Instructor. She held the role as Sweaty Betty Fitness instructor and ambassador for over 6 years. She is cofounder of Mindful Movements Yoga, a company that offers classes, retreats and teacher trainings in UK and Europe.
