Tess Williams is a process based abstract painter who incorporates the use of collage, textiles and installation within her work. Her paintings are materially rooted in the details of urban landscapes, and explore the physical deconstruction and reconfiguration of the traditional canvas. Tess graduated from her Masters at Central Saint Martins in 2015, and has since exhibited widely across the UK and Europe. She grew up locally to the Islington Arts Factory, and has her studio at The Bomb Factory Art Foundation in Archway. www.tessrachelwilliams.com |
