Build a strong foundation to begin, or improve your practice of Yoga. This 8 week course will focus on creating correct alignment, core stability and awareness.

A traditional Yoga class based on Ashtanga system.
A vigorous, dynamic and flowing class with yoga postures constructed into a sequence so you your body is working and moving continuously. Beginners welcome but please note that this is an energetic and athletic class. www.mindfulmovements.co.uk
