Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga with Mindful Movements
Pregnancy can be a magical time for the mother and baby. Yoga can offer the much needed time and space to relax, breathe and enjoy these precious and transformative months. Mindful Movements offers a gentle and flowing style of Yoga class, suitable for all. Benefits of attending regular Yoga classes include:

Post Natal Yoga
Postnatal Yoga classes are a special time set aside for Mum and Baby to focus on the benefits of touch, movement and relaxation. Specialistpostnatal yoga sequencing will help tone up and strenthen your muscles, improve your posture and combat fatigue. For Baby there will be playful movement, songs and gentle massage to promoote sleep, digestion and overall healthy development. The emphasis is on having fun and enjoying ouselves!
Classes are for mothers and babies aged six weeks to mobile - crawlers welcome but not walkers sorry.
