As we were making our new website (what do you think by the way?) we realised that we have a bunch of classes that take place in our dance studios but aren't quite dance. Having ummed and ahhed for a while we decided we need a new category and grouped them under the heading Wellbeing. Wellbeing is a term that is increasingly used in the world of health and fitness, but what does it mean?
Whilst we are evangelical about the benefits of dance to our minds and bodies, our dance classes are first and foremost about the art form of dance and expression through movement. Our Wellbeing classes on the other hand focus on improving fitness and strengthening the body in a holistic manner.
To us all exercise is fantastic and we hope everyone finds something for them that makes them healthier and happier!
