If you've always wanted to try ballet but aren't sure it's for, try this gentle introduce to ballet, designed for the complete beginner or those wanting to go back to basics. Learn the basic ballet positions; barre and central exercises; jumps and turns.
This class has an inclusive and joyful atmosphere and welcomes individuals at any time but recommend regular attendance to experience the benefits of engaging in a regular weekly class.Weekly attendance will allow you to improve your movement memory and enhance your rate of personal achievement. This is a great way to explore ballet as well as an opportunity to make new friends in warm friendly non judgemental space
