Artists: New Arts Studio
We are very pleased to announce that we will be holding an exhibition to celebrate the opening of the New Art Studio, a therapeutic art studio for refugees and asylum seekers. The Studio is part of the Helen Bamber Foundation.
Art work will be for sale and all money will be used to continue the important work of the Helen Bamber Foundation.
The New Art Studio is a vital project that provides a therapeutic art studio for asylum seekers, refugees and survivors of human cruelty. It is run by two art psychotherapists who are highly experienced at working with trauma and the use of art as an aid to psychological recovery.
The Helen Bamber Foundation is a human rights charity based in London which was founded by Helen Bamber in 2005. Our specialist team of therapists, doctors and legal experts hold an international reputation for providing therapeutic care, medical consultation, legal protection and practical support to survivors of human rights violations.
