An excellent introduction to Contemporary dance. Anyone with energy and a willingness to have fun in a relaxed learning environment welcomed to this Cunningham/Graham based class. The class covers the basic principles of Contemporary dance, focussing on placement, alignment, body awareness and the use of rhythm to aid coordination and mobility.
